Does anyone have any idea what is even going on here?Its been a while.... Last I recall GLW was looking into legal options in Colombia, but their problem is that their property is in the paramo and the environmental restrictions will trump mining interests. We haven't heard much since.
They probably are running out of cash....
EOM had a somewhat favorable ruling in their lawsuit against Colombia but no award has come through. Not sure there is much hope at GLW for anything at this point.
