Does any CEO really deserve the compensation they receive, when you think about it? They often make bad decisions, or worse ... no decisions at all, yet they still get their comeuppance. So much for performance reviews on all levels. If anything, at that salary, they should be outperforming on all cylynders. My take on corporate hypocrisy. :)
