RE:RE:RE:AsksI am sorry to say but it is disconcerting to hear that neither Tracy or John reply. This is not a big company. The executives should be accessible and given what I perceive to be an increasing issue with communication, transparency and leadership, it is incumbent on them to address legitimate inquiries of them, as long as they are asked in professional, courteous and constructive way. No way they can be that busy, because...
Years ago I worked for a very large global IT firm. Like 150,000+ employees worldwide.
On a lark one day in 2012, I went the CEO of the company an email. She was brought in as part of a cultural change (the previous CEO left after being caught in some fraud and also an inappropriate relationship - he still got close to 40 million in severance - if I had done that, I would have fired for cause with no severance). Anyways, my point is, after I sent the email I wasn't expecting much but four hours later, she actually replied! (it was from her, not her admin). So if she can replay, Ms. King and Mr. Proctor can reply. In a small venture stock like this, the lack of response to shareholders for legitimate questions and being accessible, is a dealbreaker for me, as it is indicative of their mentality towards those who are actually putting their hard earned money towards their investments.
