Aside from the issues you very succinctly communicated, it is good you told Bruce about lack of response from Tracy and John. I think it shows him you tried the normal standard expected channels before engaging him. I don't know what his relationship with John and Tracy are like, but it I am sure does not sit well with him that seeing your respectful message to him, why John or Tracy could not have at least acknowledged your inquiry. I think instilling investor and shareholder confidence involves also being accessible and in contact with shareholders. And we're not talking shareholders calling asking about his hobbies or a dinner date to pick their brain - these are legitimate questions worthy of a response. Thanks for doing this.
Going forward, another approach we can take is send a message to John and / or Tracy and copy in Bruce. That forces some degree of accountability but it is sad that we have to resort to this. It is however well within our rights as invested shareholders.
