RE:RE:RE:MTLO CEO interview on Thursday, April 20

RE:RE:RE:MTLO CEO interview on Thursday, April 20Good evening.

This is a very well put together summary of the call. I am a subscriber of the newsletter and was pleased to see the company use it as a platform to promote the story to a good small cap investor network. I was pleased to see the level of confidence and enthusiasm in their business and how things are going. My gathering from verbal and non-verbal communication indicates they will exceed their guidance targets handily. I am not too worried about a share consolidation as some others are. I think everyone who is invested and new investors who buy the stock know it is inevitable and the CFO highlighted this on the call. It seems they will do ii in conjunction with an event of some sort. The fact that Sir Matthews is in contact with the CEO at least once a week is encouraging. He is taking an active role as Chairman and that screams to me that he clearly wants to correct the undervaluation.

In my humble opinion, nothing but positives from this interview. I am excited and happy to be a new shareholder for the fun journey ahead.

Here are a couple of highlights according to my rough notes (feel free to proof against the interview in the next couple of days):
  • They were highly confident and appeared to be more than comfortable with their FYE22 exit rate of 3.2 million 365 users representing 60% growth. Appeared to me that they hit and exceed.
  • Resellers are pushing their gizmo product and onboarding roughly 40,000 users per month and the pipeline continues to grow through the reseller.
  • They believe they have about 15% of the DEM market and are pushing to get to 20%.
  • Total addressible market will expand +/-six times in the next couple years. Something like 10% of users have DEM tech and expected to increase to 60% in the coming years (according to Gartner).
  • They are seeing demand for growth.
  • Seeing opportunity for DEM for many other cloud based operations.
  • M&A acitvity sounds highly probable.
  • Share consolidiation expected within one year when an opportunity presents itself.
  • Reiteration that Sir Terry Matthews took $1m of the recent private placement.
