Time for change
When the board is competent, the technology adds value, and there is a market for what MTLO is selling - yet the stock hovers at $.21 for a year what needs to change?

It is obvious you need a CEO change. No reason for Proctor to have earned 1.2 million over 3 years and to have 0 skin in the game of his own company. Board has to be reexamined as alot of them are big names but have done absolutely nothing from the investors point of view. Marketing is a major concern as well..
