Should the Board sell the company?
If you were in their shoes, what would you do knowing the stock is so drastically undervalued with leading industry metrics like gross margins and recurring revenue %?

In whose shoes? CEO and Board members aside from the co-chairs? If I have no shares or most if not all compensation is excellent salaries and excellent fees, why would I put an end to that gig?

I agree with you. It pays the bills. Sort of like the goal of an eel. Find a fish and suck the blood out of it until it dies then go find another fish. No shares and a $400,000 salary. That just does not make any sense whatsoever.

No one believes this management team and board anymore. The stock can not catch a bid. Selling upon selling upon selling. I think they need to review options and possibly sell the company.

agreed. Sell or make a drastic change in leadership and board size/members immediately and I bet the stock would pop. Nobody trusts these guys anymore, rightful so
