If these types of moves actually convince folk to sell at 16.5 cents, then it means that they have no confidence in the leadership of this company and that is not an MM problem. Besides, wasn't there some kind of a newsrelease way back about MTLO engaging a market maker, which is commonly understood to imply that it would reduce manipulation?
