My two cents (pun intended) is, Linton and company jumped ship as to not be associated with this dead company any longer.  Why would someone give up a chushy board seat, making 50k or more a year to do absolutely nothing and wrong a company into the ground.  They see what goes on behind the scenes, they are getting out before she goes down like the Titanic and sinks their no good names even further down and burns every investor.  Try and save, if anything's left of the Linton name.  In my book, guys a loser.

I don't think any one of their names will not be tarnished by this, unless they dont put it on their resumes and dont go into ventures where someone may do "hey, weren't you a director of Martello?".  I'd like to think that TM is coming around and trying to somehow salvage this thing.  Albeit too little too late.
