Almost time for a call

To the securities commission. How can a stock be at 8 cents and the ask is 7.5 and it closes at 6 cents?

There was one huge buyer that pushed it to 8 cents. RBC broker... (which I think is chuck) Then there wasn't any support after. support back at 6 as a few small sells sank the price.
