RE:****BE ADVISED DO NOT BUY THIS STOCK*****
what is being manipulated. Anyone who invests should know they need to look at any company's financials! All the information can be found at sedar.com this is all legally done. If you think it isn't you should not be investing in stocks! This is common practice--yes, people may find this misleading but when I talked to one company's manager for over 2 hours he told me that companies don't have to say anything other than what is required in their financial documents and whatever is given in press releases. Some companies are more transparent than others it is caveat emptor! Buyer beware but nothing illegal--manipulation well that is a matter of perspective--if you read the financials than one can never say that. And no, this isn't a holding company as such it was two companies by the looks of it that merged to form 4d. But yes, like I mentioned previously companies may start as a shell or holding until there is a direction that is decided on in which case there may also be a reverse take over or merger as looks to be the case here. Once again, only time will tell how successful this company is--the more it sells its software the more successful it will be that is about all there is to this. glta
