Derek, I think it is very good that you have pointed out what you have as people have the right to fully know what they are buying into and every company has certain degree of responsibility to run their businesses as ethically and fairly as possible. I still don't know whether you are disgruntled that you lost money, whether you were hired by Vitera or what but you have provided information which has allowed us to openly and freely discuss things about this company which shareholders have the right to get answers to. This is all part of investing and your contribution is in truth very integral to the whole process so yes, while I don't know who you are and what your real purpose is I am sincerely grateful to what you have posted.
