Just been following this company for a while and believe we have a real winner here. With the appointment of Garry Rassmusen to the board, along with his contacts, with the amount of $$$ Pender has invested, and is now controlling things this will be a case of build it first then sell it.
Pender holds too many shares to sell in the market so they will need to sell the company or sell blocks to someone else in order to get out. This company is in a space that is consolidating right now, and I am betting IPX gets taken out...at much higher prices.
Those of you that follow Telco's know last year there were many mergers and aquisitions, even yesterday Alcatel and Lucent merge.
From what I am hearing the board have big time plans for this company and it's share price. First nobody wants the shares...then everybody wants a piece, just how it works.
