reasonable valuation is 4 - 6 times revenue but some are selling for as high as 13 timesresearch some SAAS aquistions in past 12 - 18 months...I posted an article on this exact topic a while ago.

Thanks IPX2006, for the reply. I bought in at 10 cents before it went higher today. Should have sold a few. I think some people took profits because of the weekend. If Monday continues to show similar trading, then there must be something going on. Likely rumor of a buyout that made the share price move up from 5 cents to 16 cents?GLTA
