The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:RE:sold 30K (12%) of my shares today @.23GRIT used the same risk mitigation principle as you and destroyed the stock last year. It made fundraising impossible and put the company in a pickle. If they decided to sell 12% now, it would be right back down and fundraising impossible, shooting themselves in the foot. With each set of drill results, risks are reduced. That's why I suggest looking to sell after all the information is in and an informed decision can be made. As far as there being nothing for sale, that's certainly not the case. The ask side is robust enough for a healthy market.
