The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

MERREX GOLD - GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Merrex Gold Inc. has granted 9.3 million incentive stock options to directors and officers. The options are exercisable at a price of 14.5 cents per share for a term of five years and expire July 3, 2019, all subject to the terms of the company's incentive stock option plan.
