The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:Merrex mentioned as top gold juniorI would suggest that the main holdup in releasing the Resource Estimate would be because IMG management are slow readers.

They may want to release it concurrent with the latest Boto Resource Estimate at which time they may be announcing further advancement of Boto, along with some financial estimates.....perhaps a completed Pre-Feas Study for Boto.  If Boto shows good economics, a solid resource, then adding in the Diahka resource could make it stock-moving event.   I doubt they will make the Boto announcements until January, probably close to the announcement on Westwood remediation.  All of that together could give the IMG stock a big boost in January.

I doubt any outside buyer would want the MXI half of the JV unless it was a friendly deal with IMG onside and a plan to do a JV mining operation with IMG.  Who would want an unfriendly partner?
