The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:Aces HighIf they are waiting for the IMG share price to rebound and we got bought out in January (before the IMG January 31 Niobec money stipulation deadline) and it takes 30 to 60 days to close, as Wilwal mentioned, and they choose to pay us with IMG shares (instead of Gold Bullion down your Chimney for Christmas :-)). Would we get the IMG market share price at the time of the buyout announcement in January or would we get the share price of IMG at the time of the close date in 30 to 60 days from January?
