The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:RE:WilwalI totally agree with you. This has to be the most mismanaged company I have ever seen with the resources and potential they have. They never post a comment on the news headline on their stock ticker page; they only care about themselves and giving themselves more share options for when they actually do something 4 years down the road. (we know something will happen by then as this is when most of their options expire I believe) They do not give a dam about their share holders that have supported them for years! If I ran a company like this, I would of been long gone fired by now. If I had not been hanging around supporting these clowns for the last 8-10 years, I would sell myself and get out of this mess. Very, very sad in my opinion. This deal with IMG should of been done months ago.
