He should provide an up-date because it is the right thing to do. People have invested hard earned cash in MXM and now it is halted. FINE!!! However, he can explain why the TMX is taking SO long to let this trade again. I am not asking that up-dates be provided every weekk, but it has been 6 WEEKS.

 

COME ON ART WHEN ARE  YOU GOING TO GIVE THE SHAREHOLDRS NEWS PERTAINING TO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE COURTCASE AND  WHY THE LONG HALT???????????????????????????????
