Several things:
1. she said they are anticipating a news release in the next 1-2 weeks that will pertain to Kentucky and the coal mining lease
2. the PR will speak more to the magnitude of the planned operation
3. by the sounds of it they are on track for Oct
Bond did have to be put up but when I asked about the PP status, she said it was close to filled. Closing the PP is one of the gates to start mining. She offered me a chance to take part in some of the remainder of the PP which I so far have declined because I am still doing my DD and am also reluctant to get into PPs these days because of the hold periods. At 6 cents, this one is tempting though...
Anyway, once I understand the economics of this mining operation better, I may opt to get in. If the news is good, could see a nice pop in share price. It's overdue here I think...
