Im not comparing deposit or anything of the sort to NOT.. I am just comparing how many shorts got burnt on that play and if they dont cover soon, they will get burnt on this one as well. Alot of money sitting on the sidelines just waiting for confirmation of permits and other news....and if charles plays his card right, this could easily be a 1-2 knockout...

Its gonna be the shorts covering that take us to higher pricess...just watch them scramble!!
