In your post, you basically accused NAG's management of unethical practices and fraudulent dealings. Unless you can prove it, it is libel. Libel is a crime according to the criminal code of every province in Canada.
You are right; you are free to voice your "opinion", after all, this is an open forum and we live in a free society. But reader is also free to make up his mind about the value and relevance of your comments. I just made up mine.
Without getting personal, I have the feeling that you tend to have a negative spin on things; I hope it doesn't extend beyond your investments.
