Good Morning All,
Has anyone looked at the SMIS (surface mining information system) for the Kentucky Department of Mining Permits?
Not sure how up-to-date it is but is showing that mining permit #861-0502 (North American Gem mine #2) under American Blue Gem and Steam Coal LLC as of Dec.01/09 was given a code of ARC (administrative review application corrections requested) I wonder if this is causing a delay?  The site seems to have lots of info.
