It also holds interest in Whroo Project, PASS Project, and Sand Project.

CD is acquiring new property again, it is ZNR this time. Is this great news for investors? No, investors will surely be fooled again. Please check the histories of CD's companies. Any options to earn certain percent interest finally realized? No, because the stipulated amounts of money has not been spent within the time frames set. Any series intention on drilling on the acquired properties? No. Any property eventually turned into measured resources? No (except for LL).   
So, please don't be fulled. Nothing will be turned real. It is just a joke. Just trade and speculate when price is right.    
As a new coal producer, NAG's management should make 100% commitment and closely monitor the every step of the production process. So where is the management now? 
Shellfish.
