Not surprising, they can't find

more details on the private company being acquired and are all over it making sure declarations - "it's a total scam".....

Do they know what "private" means, whether that is something attached to their torsos and have them covered most of the time, away from public views, and activities involving them in certain conducts or ............

If they can't reads News documents, dollars amount became number of shares etc. as demonstrated for all to be entertained with recently, how are they to judge about anything else such as business strategies being set up to move the company forward in a significant way?

The long term prospects of the company should be the concern of a good CEO, and second or further down the priority list, some market pleasing candies that short term players crave.

Those may come as well as some have been suggesting.

Good luck everyone.

KT

Will NAG or the other coal players have to be registered in Sask in order to receive permit from Energy and Resources?  I guess not.So Appalachia Coal Corp may be registered outside of W Virginia but still be possible to receive permit if similar busines regulations exist there. Just the name Appalachia make people assume that it's W V based.Hope more details will be available on closing ...more

It seems that KT is really worried.KT usually works at evening shift and now s/he is working day and night. KT could be the female IR???  Since we have already figured out who is Mark, who is penguin man. imo,  lolol Anyway, with the joke news release, they are in a panic!!

As I said if anyone thinks that Charles and his crew are so screwed up in handling a business transaction like this without doing proper DD, i.e. making a deal with a non-existent corp, then what reason is there to stay on.ACC could be the parent co. that owns another co operating and registered in W V and the deal is with the parent, which is registered somewhere else, even outside the US.That ...more

The answer is very simple , the Appalachia Coal Corp. (ACC) is registered in Vancouver and holds title to the West Virginia property. All permits and regulations are part of the buy and is subject to obtaining all necessary consents, approvals, andother authorizations of any regulatory authorities, shareholders or thirdparties.before the deal is completed. It hopes that such  will occur prior ...more

The Appalachia Coal Corp. (ACC) is registered in Vancouver Two things I can see from Happymon’s crap:  he belongs to insider group, no average Joes can know about this. The more it reveals, the more suspicions I have. A private West Virginia coal mine registered in Vancouver?

I wonder how much Mr. Johnson & Mr. Noel had to do with this acquisition?  Remember, they only came on board a few months ago.  According to NAG, they've been working on this deal (along with other similar deals) for a few months now.  Makes me wonder just how much influence these two gentlemen had in NAG acquiring Appalachia Coal Corp.  Anywho, can anyone on these ...more
