this week

How about some news this week?  I know it's possible since we've been waiting for months now that "any day now" we will get mine #2 or #3 permits.  Anyone talk to IR lately?  I know how "reliable" they can be...but still, it would be interesting to know what they are saying.  I know NAG is going to be at the World Resource Investment Conference (in Vancouver) this coming weekend.  Maybe, just maybe, they will wait until after this conference to give us some news?

Lucci I did contact IR and metioned this email I got from the Kentucky Gov. I am still awaiting a reply back if you didn't read it before here it is again, not sure why there was only one pending application, there should be several. Once I hear back from IR I will post, hopefully today this happens. North American Gem IncNAGgo to snapshotadd to favoritesOlderreplypostNewerthreaded ...more

I would think it would be to their benefit to have good news to go to the conference with like already mining Blue Gem Coal and looking for buyers .Everyone knows what their potential is they need productivity to brag about .Then they have a reason to be at the conference .AGREE?????

I THINK THE PERMIT THAT WAS SUBMITTED ON MAY 20 BUT WAS INCOMPLETE IS THE GRANNY ROSE PERMIT THAT THEY ANNOUNCED ON MAY 25......IT'S POSSIBLE THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE PERMITS IN HAND AND JUST HAVEN'T RELEASED INFO TO US.......

Or the permits have been applied for under the mining companies that are mining them's name .

No its the mine #2 that was rejected, here is the latest email I just received.I would guess the permit I mentioned below is the permit they arereferring to. It is application number 861-0513 submitted by NorthAmerican Gem US Inc. It is proposing to take over permit number861-0443 held by Jamieson Construction Company which is in Knox Countyand is mining both the Blue Gem and Jellico coal seams. ...more

May be years before you see any new permits, regulatory agency running scare of issuing permits due to environmental impactNAG will not grow at this rate but will decrease.
