The one thing to rememeber here, is that Harry has always been able to find money, even in the worst markets.  Im not sure how many people think he has the ability to make a mine out of any of his projects, but hes got a knack for raising money and promotion.  

The trick is to get out when the price starts to move at a decent profit.  He know how to move the stock, so Ive got no doubt this will get on the right track again, but dont get fooled with the dangling carrot of production
