I think this latest news release is very positive as it shows NAM isn't willing to just sit on their River Valley PGM and Lithium projects. They are going out and looking at new PGM discoveries to add further value to long term investors.
With respoct to the 43-101, they issued the results however they have 45 days from the release to have the 43-101 paperwork completed. So right now it's just their word and not the acutal 43-101.
Once the 43-101 is in place, the final step would be the PEA which they have mostly completed. The 43-101 update is critical to "big money", a JV or a buyout. The PEA even moreso.
My feeling is the intent is to sell the River Valley Project. Metal value is around $4.5 to $5 Billion USD. So even at 5 - 10% it's a nice jump in share price. They have little or no intention of going it alone. I'm not sure why that language was included in the updated results news release.
Things will start moving as we get deeper into April is my expectation.
I'm another long investor, though I had the pleasure of meeting the team and spending a few hours with them during PDAC, so I'm very confident leaving my rather large position alone.
