RE:RE:New Interview on Pikoo by Ken Armstrong
Nice to see some of the FCU/AMW guys showing up here too. I haven't established a position yet, but I am watching this stock... I like its prospects, they meet pretty much all my requirements for a good one, as in good cash, management, properties... They also have a good share structure and a reasonable market cap that could really move if their follow up programs are just as successful... I guess the only question is about Diamonds themselves? From what I've read they are a commodity that is supposed to grow just as supply tightens which is bullish. But they were controlled by a cartel for so long that it's fairly new as an investable vehicle it seems, also no spot price just a trailing average for gem worthy rocks, no certainty that a given mine will have a good abundance of gem worthy stones as industrial stones are worthless by themselves also.. Another plus however is that it seems a few diamond etfs are supposed to come online sometime in 2014 and they will need to buy physical diamonds to fill there vaults.. Seems the risk rewards for the diamond sector are very high, but if the emerging markets can carry that demand the way people expect and supply tightens the way its expected there could be a perfect storm here.. NAV might be a good way to play that... Anyway just me 2 cents..
