RE:RE:Any News..!!?In my last post I didn't mention the Oro Gold Project because I wanted to buy more shares. Now I have bought more shares and Oro looks better as Agnico Eagle is acquiring TMAC.
In the Jan 18-31 issue of N. Miner analyist Farooq Hamed of Raymond James said Agnico thinks that for a project to be economically viable in Nunavut it has to produce above 300 000 oz per year. Hope Bay currently produces ~130 000 oz/yr. As a result the March 2020 Hope Bay PFS that includes expansion to 250 000 oz/yr may not be enough for AEM. He thinks AEM will re-think the development of the mine and follow up with an extensive exploration program to understand the growth potential of the Madrid and Boston deposits and where to place the mill.
NAR Oro Project is as close to the mill at Doris as the Madrid deposit while the Boston deposit is 70 km away. Maybe Agnico will want a look at Oro.
