The Company, through its subsidiary, Elk Creek Resources Corporation, is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. The Company is developing a superalloy materials project namely the Elk Creek niobium/scandium/titanium property (the Elk Creek Project). The Elk Creek Project is located near Elk Creek, southeast Nebraska, the United States of America. The Company's Project is located approximately 75 kilometers (kms) southeast of Lincoln, Nebraska and 110 kms south of Omaha, Nebraska. The Property consists of 226-acre parcel of land owned along with eight option to purchase agreements (OTP) covering approximately 565 hectares (ha). The Company's Elk Creek Property is a niobium, scandium, and titanium exploration project. The Project includes the Elk Creek carbonatite (the carbonatite) that intruded older precambrian granitic and low to medium grade metamorphic basement rocks.

Well the feasability study is not released yet so how could the share price reflect the results of something that really only the insiders should know about.  And I doubt they are dumping shares but I haven't checked.  I think there is generally a lack of fresh news and then they just released (predictably) weak financial results...and I say predictable because the company isn't producing and doesn't have a lot of cash.  I think you just need to wait for that feasability as it could be the catalyst we are all waiting for.  In the meantime the grind down is a bit painful but not unexpected.
