RE: DUB TEE EFF.... Is a CIIC dump when a trader has to settle up with their broker for the shorts, I believe it's called?
They either have to pay or unload the stock?
I was told this happens in March and to expect to see some the SP drop which is what I have been seeing.
Either way it has turned into a good opportunity for me to gain and entrance into stock I couldn't afford 2 weeks ago.
BCG has been the most stable through this although I hate to see SP below .09
