I googled and found an article "Lawrence Roulston's Resource Oportunities Dec 19 2011" which lists the companies market cap at 9.16 M with 96.5 M shares for 2011.

Today on BCG website for 2012 they show 98.7 M shares with a MK of 6.9.

Based on my calculations the 2012 SP should a market value of .069 and 2011 SP should have been valued at .094

Not sure how accurate the Lawrence Roulston figures are and I am somewhat limited with trading tools but perhaps this explains the SP.

More shares, less MK = lower SP
