NEO Battery Materials Ltd. is a Canada-based battery materials technology company. They have a short time limit when they get results to release the news, I asked them about that a while back and they told me once they get results it has to be released in a very short time.

I'm holding out for the results and I think we will see that prior to the consolidation and it may change the direction BCG will take, the news release stated they want to retain the option to cancel the reversal without a vote.
