Well here's another #1 post for Clarity, Credibility and Usefulness from a stock holder that has done nothing but support BCG all year and has wasted their time and money accumulating stocks.

Mr Fowler told me straight out that they have run out of money and in his own words:

"We took on more than we should have and there's no reserves left"

"The 10 - 1 consolidation is going through, I made the decision and am not going to change that"

When I said it was up to the share holders vote he replied:

 "They can vote however they want but if they choose to vote against it then it's lights out"

I am less than happy with the way things have gone and I don't appreciate being thrown under the bus and I don't appreciate to have to admit people like Calvin98 were right all along.
