Nubian Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based precious and base metals exploration company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties located in Australia, Peru, and the United States. Its exploration projects include the Esquilache Project, Yandoit Project, and Stavely Projects. The Esquilache Silver Project is located in the Puno region in southeastern Peru, which contains three main mineralized zones, such as Sepulveda, Creston and Mamacocha. Yandoit Project is located on approximately 38 square kilometres (3,800 ha) and consists of one Mining License and one Exploration Licence. The Stavely Properties comprise three mining projects comprise six exploration licenses that include the 82 square kilometres (km2) Fosterville East Project located in central Victoria, approximately 10 km east of Kirkland Lake Gold’s Fosterville Gold Mine, and the 27 km2 Lefroy and 142 km2 Mathinna projects located in northeast Tasmania.
