TLS Decryption and Ransomware DecryptionI think some investors are confused with this. Nubeva's business is divided between normal SKI TLS Decryption for network monitoring for cyberscecurity companies, and SKI Ransomware Decryption for reversing ransomware attacks and allowing businesses or individuals to get back to business and make money.
Prior to SKI Ransomware Decryption, Nubeva was selling SKI to cybersecurity companies like Trend Micro allowing them decryption on the fly in order for network monitoring agains malware/spyware etc.
Nubeva was and still is marketing TLS Decryption for network monitoring through AWS Marketplace and others, but their SKI Ransomware Decryption is being sold separately and through different marketing efforts.
As such, the Trend Micro deal has been placed on hold for quite some time now, and no word of whether it has been renegotiated to include SKI Ransomware Decryption. Would be nice to know where if anywhere the Trend Micro deal is in terms of actual deployment or is it dead in the waters?
As far as Ransomware Decryption goes, as Steve Perkins stated in his latest Hive attack interview, that is where the fireworks will come from. Nubeva just needs to be more forthcoming with details of past and future contracts, including Trend Micro (what happened?) and how much penetration they have had with installing SKI Ransomware Decryption on x amount of endpoint.
