RE: best economy i've seen in my business lifetimSo Mr."Goldman Sachs" Paulson thinks the world economies are the "best he's ever seen...." including "of course" the U.S.
Sure so long as you ignore....
1)massive U.S. debt & deficits.
2)the Iraq war costing billions of dollars a month.
3)billions more to rebuild New Orleans so it can be washed away again by the next series of hurricanes.
4)a collapsing housing market that will put the final padlock on American homeowners "piggy bank".
5)Middle Eastern & Asian countries ,plus Russia who are doing their
utmost to get out of the worthless U.S. dollar & into gold.
6)oil around the $70 mark & likely to go much higher.
7)a delightful bunch of nutcases, those loveable Iranians who, dangle their threat of a nuclear weapon...which of course they're not building...in front of Bush so he can cough up more of American
& & European bucks to pursuade them to "behave".
Gee....it sure is a great time to be a graduate of the Hravard Business
School this year !!!!
Paulson , by this aburd speech, shows why Bush chose him.....he proves that he can be as untruthful & corrupt as the other Bushies, Cheney & Rumsfeld.
You keep it up Paulie....good work!!!!!
Regards,
G.E. Mullan.
