My average cost is 0.065, and I've yet to sell. Still much upside, and there's no doubt insiders see it the same way as they've yet to sell any of their holdings. A good testament to the immediate future of NCI and the seemingky endless contracts it has been rolling out - contracts that are close to double all the sales in 2012 that yielded 0.03 eps.
