RE: This sucker is coming DOWNOK, now I am with you. I didn't understand quite what had you off so much but expansion of share structure will do it every time. The reality is that junior explorers live hand to mouth (their hand in our wallet to their mouth) and I have grown comfortable enough with this as I have never seen it operate in any other way. They have been a little excessive if there have been 4 PP's this year (I can only find three still but I am not trying that hard) and that bothers me more from a lack of foresight perspective than a greed perspective. I mean really, couldn't they foresee this sector taking off a bit in light of all the coverage over the last 6 months? With some patience they could have drawn the same amount of working capital with probably half the share increase (they could have done even better but it would have been asking for superhuman timing). I also agree that they should be more upfront with the Roughrider situation as it is material. I do feel that the situation is a tenuous one for Roughrider if it was only a letter of intent that was being dealt with. In a situation like that, if Roughrider failed to meet even one provable milestone (which would be very hard NOT to do in an exploration environment) then the whole thing would likely never even make it to court as they wouldn't have a leg to stand on. I would like to hear a better argument of the other side of the case though. Unfortunately all I have heard so far is the bozo on this board yammering on about an endzone and footballs. Good luck to you and may your future prospects pay as quickly and as handsomely.
