i too keep thinking that the sales license "may" not give the pop that it once would have ... but ... that pop may or may not include(initially) the fact they that they become a takeover scenario. let's face it, for someone wanting into the sector what's the going rate for "an instant grow AND sales license, fully funded expansion and a few million in the bank"???
