there are 25 licences for all of ontario. i guess each license gives the opp to open as many locations as a comp wants. getting in first is obviously a jump over others who may get licenses when??

all those little shops that they told to close last year to be eligible for legal licenses this apr just got screwed! the odds of one of them getting a license over the bigger co's is either slim to never gonna happen!
