says Niel. the article Hcgfllkp posted below has the 22 minute interview with Niel at the bottom of the article. he seems to believe they have enough avenues to not further dilute. a couple of licenses/approvals and should be fully loaded for late october. initials orders of edibles and such should be a big rev gain in a short period. maybe approvals will move quicker this time so the shelves aren't empty in the first day or two!!
