is begining to change with tilray's better than expected earnings. lifting all boats. some possible tailwinds in the works possitive regulation changes is #1 best thing that could happen, short term the continued strength in the canadian pot plays and maybe some possitive words from bruce tomorrow. also the penny flippers are out. if they got back in it cost them 3 cents not likely to sell again at 3.5 lol
