The strangest thing about this thread is the title.  Q2 numbers?  The stock doesn't trade and has been delisted from TSX-V.  What makes you think they'll be filing financials

My read on the CCAA process is that there is an OPTION to address shareholders, but I don't think it's typical given that shareholders are last in priority.  I would dearly love to be

By the sounds of it, original shareholders won't be getting anything unless some other company comes in with a bid high enough to cover all the debt plus pay out shareholders. Most likely SNDL

Be happy...its just how many.... anywhere from 10 to 1 to 20 to 1....l hear 15 to 1 Indiva Group will emerge from creditor protection as a stronger company with a healthier balance sheet.

see my posts above, and go to PWC's page for Indiva and read the filings. SNDL forced this default, for reasons of their own. I was also told by IR that NDVA was on a payment plan to both SNDL

Following today's announcement by the TSX Venture Exchange that trading of NDVA shares is suspended, the next step will be delisting of the shares which will make them worthless and untradeable
