Corp Update post AGM

I thought the update today was informative.  Pearls sound quite good and new products also sound promising.  I also liked the sound of the present value of the new Wana deal is greater than the present value of the old Wana situation.  My guess is this will tip the refi of debt in the right direction over the next few months.

i missed the meeting, was there any mention of the 2 penny stock price, and does he think it is fairly valued.
