Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust. The Trust owns and rents commercial real estate properties directly, through its wholly owned subsidiaries and joint ventures. The Trust operates in one segment, commercial real estate located in Canada. The Trust holds approximately 93 investment properties, which are located in Quebec, Ontario and Nova Scotia provinces. The properties are occupied by four distinct groups of tenants composed of retailers, national service station and convenience store chains, quick-service restaurant chains, and others. The Trust's properties include 40-50 Brunet Street, 230 St-Luc Blvd, 196 Hotel-de-Ville Blvd, 1349-1351 Road 117, 275 Barkoff Street, 530 Barkoff Street, 340-344 Montee du Comte, 1440-50 St-Laurent East Blvd, 1460 St-Laurent East Blvd, 7335 Guillaume Couture Blvd, 4200 Bernard-Pilon Street and others.

Experienced Geological TeamNET has some very high end geologists working for them.  These were the guys who recommended to NET to option the Caldera property in Chili and to stake the Pistala property in Peru.  All three held very prominent positions with TECK.  (Ken Thorsen was past PRESIDENT of TECK)

Marco has exceptional geological assessment, exploration, reserve calculation, and feasibility experience.

KEN THORSEN
Senior Advising Geologist, Director

Former President Teck Exploration Ltd.

Ken has over 38 years of experience in the exploration industry leading several distinguished companies to their success. During his 21-year career with Teck Exploration, Mr. Thorsen rose from Regional Exploration Manager to President, where he was responsible for carrying out Teck's exploration projects around the world. Mr. Thorsen's key projects include the Estrades massive sulphide discovery in northwestern Quebec, the South Bay Mine in northern Ontario, and the Australia's Leinster Mine.

ROBERT FRIESEN
Senior Mining Advisor, Director

Former exploration, feasibility, and production geologist for Teck Exploration and Noranda

Robert has over 40 years of experience in underground and open pit mining operations, mine area exploration, and the development of projects from pre-feasibility through production. He has been involved with several major and junior corporations, including a 17 year career with Noranda and a five year term with Teck Exploration. Mr. Friesen served as Chief Geologist for numerous projects, several of which began at pre-feasibility and later developed into producing mines. His key projects include Alaska's Pogo mine, Ontario's Geko mine, and BC's Somatosum Mine.
