Dan, Pali has a net impairment on its NFG investment of over $200 million. That is, up to about a price of about $ $6 per share, Pali won't pay any capital gain taxes..

Looks like the FEDs wanted to pre-empt the jobs report......smacked gold down around $60 bucks. We know there is a manipulative Short position in NFG, which isn't very big, only a tiny tiny ...more

News out of China that it is easing up on it's gold purchases sent Gold and Silver into a death spiral.  More fuel was thrown on top of the flames when US employment numbers jumped way beyond ...more
