Didn't ES recently lighten his position a few months back?  Why was the dilution even necessary given that the company has $70 million or so in the til?  Did he just walk into their office with his BBC  swinging to and fro, sayn "yo homies, I need more of this?"  (relax, its just a humerous metaphor. BL do M).  Regardless, I'm thankful that his journey back to the trough was so well received.  Or, is there something bigger afoot?
